  Rename module wchar to wchar-h.

  * tests/test-wchar-h-c++2.cc: Renamed from tests/test-wchar-c++2.cc.
  * tests/test-wchar-h-c++3.cc: Renamed from tests/test-wchar-c++3.cc.
  * doc/posix-headers/wchar.texi: Update.
  * modules/* (Depends-on): Update.
