  group-member: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/group-member.m4 (gl_FUNC_GROUP_MEMBER): Set HAVE_GROUP_MEMBER.
  Move AC_LIBOBJ and gl_PREREQ_GROUP_MEMBER invocations from here...
