  tcgetsid: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/tcgetsid.m4 (gl_FUNC_TCGETSID): Set HAVE_TCGETSID. Move AC_LIBOBJ
  and gl_PREREQ_TCGETSID invocations from here...
  * modules/tcgetsid (configure.ac): ... to here.
  (Depends-on): Update conditions.
