  exclude-tests: port to AIX 7.1
  
  * modules/exclude-tests (test_exclude_LDADD): Add $(LIBTHREAD).
  Needed on AIX 7.1 with xlc V12.1, otherwise it won't link because
  the regex code uses locks.
