  safe-read: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/safe-read.m4 (gl_SAFE_READ): Remove macro.
  * modules/safe-read (configure.ac): Invoke gl_PREREQ_SAFE_READ instead
  of gl_SAFE_READ.
  (Makefile.am): Augment lib_SOURCES.
