  getpass: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
  
  * m4/getpass.m4 (gl_FUNC_GETPASS): Set HAVE_GETPASS. Move AC_LIBOBJ and
  gl_PREREQ_GETPASS invocations from here...
