  poll: improve fast check for out-of-range NFD
  
  * lib/poll.c: Do not include intprops.h.
  (poll): Compare NFD to INT_MAX, not to TYPE_MAXIMUM (nfds_t) / 2.
  * modules/poll (Depends-on): Remove intprops.
