  stdio: Fix build error in some configurations (regression 2021-04-11).
  
  * m4/stdio_h.m4 (gl_STDIO_H): Move gl_STDIO_MODULE_INDICATOR and
  gl_MODULE_INDICATOR invocations from here...
  * modules/stdio (configure.ac): ... to here.
