  calloc: depend on stdckdint not xalloc-oversized
  
  * lib/calloc.c: Include stdckdint.h, xalloc-oversized.h.
  (rpl_calloc): Use ckd_mul instead of xalloc_oversized.
  * modules/calloc-gnu, modules/calloc-posix:
