  doc: Remove documentation of AIX 4 as a supported platform.
  
  * doc/gnulib-intro.texi (Target Platforms): Mention that AIX 4 is
  unsupported.
  * doc/posix-functions/nanosleep.texi: Don't mention AIX 4 specific
  workarounds.
  * doc/posix-functions/strnlen.texi: Likewise.
  * doc/posix-headers/inttypes.texi: Likewise.
