  * doc/glibc-functions/tgkill.texi: New file.
  * doc/glibc-functions/twalk_r.texi: New file.
  * doc/gnulib.texi: Include them.
  (Glibc semaphore.h): New section.
  * doc/pastposix-functions/h_errno.texi: Update.
