* xstrtoimax.m4 (jm_AC_PREREQ_XSTRTOIMAX): Check for strtoul and strtoumax, as those declarations are made even in the signed case. * xstrtoumax.m4 (jm_AC_PREREQ_XSTRTOUMAX): Likewise, for strtol and strtoimax.
