doc: Remove documentation of BeOS as a supported platform.

* doc/gnulib-intro.texi (Target Platforms): Mention that BeOS is
unsupported.
* doc/*-functions/*printf.texi: Don't mention BeOS specific workarounds.
* doc/posix-functions/getdelim.texi: Likewise.
* doc/**/*.texi: Update.
