doc: Update for macOS 12, 13, 14.

* doc/posix-headers/*.texi: Update.
* doc/glibc-headers/*.texi: Update.

* doc/glibc-functions/*.texi: Likewise.
* m4/canonicalize.m4 (gl_FUNC_REALPATH_WORKS): Update cross-compilation
guess.
* m4/printf.m4 (gl_PRINTF_DIRECTIVE_A): Update comments.
* m4/readlinkat.m4 (gl_FUNC_READLINKAT): Likewise.
