getaddrinfo: Support the AI_NUMERICHOST flag. * lib/getaddrinfo.c (is_numeric_host): New function. (getaddrinfo): Accept and implement the AI_NUMERICHOST flag. * modules/getaddrinfo (Depends-on): Add inet_pton. * tests/test-getaddrinfo.c: Include <ctype.h>.
