strtof: Work around mingw bug with overflow. * lib/strtod.c (STRTOD): Recognize overflow. * modules/strtof (Depends-on): Add isinf. * modules/strtod (Depends-on): Likewise. * modules/strtold (Depends-on): Likewise. * doc/posix-functions/strtof.texi: Update mingw version.
