vasnprintf: Consider the grouping rule. Reported by Pádraig Brady. * lib/vasnprintf.c (grouping_rule, num_thousands_separators): New functions. (MAX_ROOM_NEEDED): Adjust worst-case guess for FLAG_GROUP. (VASNPRINTF): Likewise. Invoke grouping_rule, num_thousands_separators.
