  Message : Revert "[ci] Use sccache with msys2" This reverts commit b9646dfd6290dbf7819cc042bb6f541b80ef8b68. For some reason using sccache re-introduces the random CI crashes that was previously fixed in 80dd751564e8a9153f7466e687b8699a5e7e27c6.
