appveyor: disable almost all configurations (except autotools/cmake basic) Since we have FREE plan, we have a lot of limits on our builds, so let's reduce their amount to make them run/start faster (I hope). (cherry picked from commit bdd531288affe9fa46184bb9b492defbcf379c63)
