Build: Preserve CMake exe suffix from cmd line Normally the value of CMAKE_EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX is clobbered by project(). This allows for specifying an executable suffix of .html with Emscripten builds, which causes Emscripten to build standalone HTML versions of the libjpeg-turbo test programs.
