test: Improve xkeyboard-config script - Enable setting the XKB root directory. By far the most important change. - Enable to pass registry XML files relative to the target rules directory (with or without the `.XML` extension). - Enable to set the rules set to use. - Better JSON/YAML escaping. - Better error logging.
