tools: add ability to compile from kccgst to rmlvo-to-keymap This obsoletes the print-compiled-keymap tool though we now require that the kccgst components are passed via stdin, there is no file loading ability. Signed-off-by: Peter Hutterer <peter.hutterer@who-t.net>
