  Hopefully finished validation against facets to use the normalized
  value of both, the facets and instance values. Added
  xmlSchemaValidateLengthFacetWhtsp(), xmlSchemaValidateFacetWhtsp()
  and xmlSchemaGetValType() to the schema API.
