added xmlHashScannerFull, xmlHashScanFull and xmlHashScannFull3 to get
* hash.c include/libxml/hash.h: added xmlHashScannerFull,
xmlHashScanFull and xmlHashScannFull3 to get passed the
three keys as arguments to the callback function
