Fix buffer length issue when copying line buffer. Remove carriage-return character when printing debug text. Do not print headers with NULL values. Fix unsigned character comparison when validating header keys. Ensure caller provides a required FROM address. Fix other miscellaneous issues while updating test cases. Fixed a number of problems where test cases did not work as described.
