  build: Implement 'installcheck' target.
  
  * install-tests/test-version.c: New file.
  * install-tests/Makefile.in: New file.
  * configure.ac (PATH_SEPARATOR, AUGMENT_SHLIBPATH): New variables.
  (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add install-tests/Makefile.
  * Makefile.in (bindir): New variable.
  (all, mostlyclean, clean, distclean, maintainer-clean, distdir): Recurse
  into install-tests.
  (installcheck): New target.
