  Message : Refine getCompressionRate As Vulkan spec states, vkGetImageSubresourceLayout should not be called for the android swapchainimage when the image is not bound to memory. Refine the path of getCompressionRate to make sure at least swapchainimage[0] has been initialized when it is been called.
