    core::mkdir tests: ensure we don't stomp symlinks in mkdir

In `mkdir` and `mkdir_r`, ensure that we don't try to remove symlinks
that are in our way.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
