    Fix crash with adding internal ignores

Depending on what you had done before adding new items to the
internal ignores list, it was possible for the cache of ignore
data to be uninitialized.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
