    Actually fix win32 checkout test

It turns out that using REMOVE_UNTRACKED with checkout for this
particular test was causing the .gitattributes file to be removed
and so we do have to allow for the CRs in the created file...

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
