    Revert "hash: remove git_hash_init from internal api"

This reverts commit efe7fad6c96a3d6197a218aeaa561ec676794499, except for
the indentation fixes.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
