    Rename git_khash_str to git_strmap, etc. This renamed `git_khash_str` to `git_strmap`, `git_hash_oid` to `git_oidmap`, and deletes `git_hashtable` from the tree, plus adds unit tests for `git_strmap`.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
