    odb: error when we can't create object header

Return an error to the caller when we can't create an object header for
some reason (printf failure) instead of simply asserting.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
