    tests: remove accidentally checked in backup file

The "ignore.c.bak" file has accidentally been checked in via
commit 191649010 (ignore: test that leading whitespace is
significant, 2019-05-19) and should obviously not be part of our
test suites. Delete it.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
