    index: test that add_bypath preserves symlinks

Test that on platforms without `core.symlinks`, we preserve symlinks
in `git_index_add_bypath`.  (Users should correct the actual index
entry's mode to change a link to a regular file.)

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
