    Fix tree iterator path for tree issue + cleanups This fixes an off by one error for generating full paths for tree entries in tree iterators when INCLUDE_TREES is set. Also, contains a bunch of small code cleanups with a couple of small utility functions and macro changes to eliminate redundant code.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
