    Add test for fixed diff bug

Add test for bug fixed in 852ded96982ae70acb63c3940fae08ea29e40fee
Sorry, I wrote that bug fix and forgot to check in a test at the
same time.  Here is one that fails on the old version of the code
and now works.

    For information on the Clar testing framework and a detailed introduction please visit:

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
