    http: perform 'badssl' check also via certificate callback

Make sure that the callbacks do also get a 'valid' value of zero when
the certificate we're looking at is in valid and assert that within the
test.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
