    submdule: reproduce double-reporting of a submodule in foreach

When we rename a submodule, we should be merging two sets of information
based on whether their path is the same. We currently only deduplicate
on equal name, which causes us to double-report.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
