    clar: remove globals; error-check fprintf/fclose

Remove the global summary filename and file pointer; pass them in to the
summary functions as needed.  Error check the results of buffered I/O
calls.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
