    apply tests: ensure we can add and remove files from the index

Add a test that adds a new file, and another that removes a file when
applying using `GIT_APPLY_LOCATION_INDEX` to ensure that they work.

    • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

    • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting: 

        cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

    • Test: 

        ./build/libgit2_clar

    • Make sure everything is fine.

    • Send your pull request. That’s it.
