Capture/Replay: Move shared trace code into src/common.
This will let them be accessible to the test harnesses. The
trace tests interpreter will need direct access to the classes

This CL also moves the GLenum utils into the common folder,
where they were already used by some other tests.

EGL: Resource IDs for Surface, Context and EGL Image.
This will make these classes play nicely with resource maps. As these
objects are used in a lot of places, and simplified C can't handle
unordered_map, it's necessary to index the maps by simple packed IDs
in capture/replay code. This indirection will also have increased
safety as we validate EGL resource ID handle values before accessing
the memory directly.
Also hides some of the other EGL capture methods behind helper methods
to simplify the C code and hide assignments and other complex maps.

Capture/Replay: Clean up EGL capture.
This switches the EGL capture types to ANGLE-casted pointers since
that's what we receive in the capture layer. Note that even if the
capture layer were used as a pure layer, not an EGL implementation,
we'd still have these types for state tracking.
This also prefixes each EGL class in the entry points with the egl
namespace for consistency and for simplifying the ParamType code.
Required changing to non-const gl::Context * in a few places. Also
changes the gSurfaceMap to be indexed by the raw pointer value,
which cleans up the code somewhat.

Vulkan: Create robust pipelines based on context state
Previously, pipelines were made robust based on whether any context in
the share group has so far been made robust. This means that pipelines
created on non-robust contexts would still be compiled as robust.
Inefficiency aside, this was buggy because robustness was not part of
the pipeline cache key, so if a pipeline was created as non-robust
first, then recreated in a robust context, it would reuse the non-robust
variant.
With VK_EXT_pipeline_protected_access, a similar situation arises for
context protected-ness. However, it is incorrect in that case to create
pipelines as protected unnecessarily.
This change makes pipeline robustness a part of the pipeline cache key,
in preparation for protectedness to be added similarly. Compute
programs may now generate multiple pipelines as a result too.

Vulkan: Don't flush depth/stencil on color blit
When syncing the read framebuffer for blit, deferred clears are picked
up for the attachments that are not being synced. They are then

Add a framebuffer fetch implementation of PLS
The framebuffer fetch implementation works by attaching PLS backing
textures to the framebuffer, and then rewriting PLS uniforms as "inout"
fragment variables. The compiler's existing machinery takes it from
there and makes it work on GL and Vulkan, and soon Metal.
EXT_shader_framebuffer_fetch is now the preferred backend for pixel
local storage, but we also use EXT_shader_framebuffer_fetch_non_coherent
if shader images can't be coherent. This is especially interesting for
Vulkan, since noncoherent framebuffer fetch is possible without any
extensions.

out how to make this work without updating the Khronos gl.xml.

Do not link program pipeline in glUseProgramStages
1. The commit 3a9f18f135fe82 caused a link to occur everytime
glUseProgramStages is called. This is redundant since the program
pipeline can be linked just before usage, thus allowing for multiple
stages to be bound before linking the executable.
2. Mark PPO as a dirty object and link the PPO in dirty object handler
3. Early return if the same program is being bound to the same stage

Not recreate Framebuffer for eglMakeCurrent() call
Right now, in eglMakeCurrent() call, ANGLE always release the
default framebuffer object associated to the current context,
and create a new default framebuffer object for the new current
context. It impacts chrome performance, since chrome call
eglMakeCurrent() a lot. With this CL, the default framebuffer
will be created with gl::Context. When the surface is changed
by eglMakeCurrent() call, ANGLE will detach the previous surface
from the associated framebuffer, and attach the new surface to
the next current context's default framebuffer.

Infra: Enable angle_deqp_gl46_tests on SwiftShader
This change disables the WGL frontend by default on
Windows when building ANGLE for desktop GL. This
is because the WGL frontend is not yet fully
implemented and it causes some of the trace tests to
fail. The WGL frontend should be enabled by default on
windows when more of its functionality gets implemented.

Vulkan: Useful implementation of program binaries
ANGLE already serializes the pipeline state for the sake of
OES_get_program_binary. This serialization had limited usefulness
however, since the Vulkan driver hasn't actually created any pipelines
yet (which is a costly part of program creation).
Simultaneously, ANGLE deferred Vulkan pipeline creation to draw time,
which causes hitching.
In this change, a handful of Vulkan pipelines are precreated at
link time; those at least that are sure to create different blobs in the
pipeline cache (different spec consts or SPIR-V generation). These
pipelines are created in the program executable's cache. The cache is
then merged into the shared renderer cache (for potential blob reuse by
other programs).
With this, two goals are achieved:
- Most pipelines created at draw time hit the pipeline cache, avoiding
costly compilation.
- When the program binary is retrieved, the contents of the program
executable's pipeline cache is also returned. On reload, the cache is
recovered, resulting in faster startup.

Enable EXT_texture_norm16 on ES2/D3D11
Windows HDR regressed recently due to format checks added in Skia:
crbug.com/1324371
Skia thinks R16/RG16 texturing is not supported, which it bases on
GL_EXT_texture_norm16 not being reported on its ES2 context. Migrating
to ES3 for the compositor context is a large project, and reverting the
format checks in Skia is also not desirable because it helps catch bugs
in ANGLE-Metal.
Enable texture_norm16 on ES2 for R16/RG16 texturing since Chromium needs
it for HDR video playback for P010 textures. This used to work before
even though the extension wasn't advertised. Also, enable the P010 test
on ES2/D3D11 which was previously ES3/D3D11 only.

Reland "Fix BlendStateExt::mMaxColorMask initialization"
This is a reland of commit 50d008a7efcab80f34eb742148d05389b2ed247e
Besides fixing the BlendStateExt color mask initialization bug,
the following changes were made:
* All fields were made private with accessor functions.
* A new assertion was added that ensures 64-bit storage for factors
and equations. This allowed dropping one redundant mask.
* Two new helper functions were added.
* BlendStateExt::mMaxDrawBuffers was renamed to mDrawBufferCount.
* The BlendStateExt class is now aligned to 8 bytes with an assertion.
* Expanded test coverage.
Also fixed incorrect usage of BlendStateExt fields in:
* StateManagerGL::syncBlendFromNativeContext
* StateManagerGL::restoreBlendNativeContext
Original change's description:
> Fix BlendStateExt::mMaxColorMask initialization
>
> This variable should not have its unused bits set.
>
> To avoid confusion with other masks of the same class,
> the variable was renamed to mAllColorMask.

Avoid leaking gl::Framebuffers in gl::Context
Fix by holding framebuffer via UniqueFramebufferPointer.
Removes redundant functions from gl::Surface.
Replaces UniqueObjectPointerBase with unique_ptr. The use-case needs
default initialization, move assign and operator bool. With these
implemented, UniqueObjectPointerBase would have been an imitation of
unique_ptr.

Generate feature variable names from display names
The json file now only contains the feature display name. The variable
name is automaticaly derived.
For consistence with Chromium and other Chromium-based projects, the
display name is now always snake_case, and that's what's specified in
the json files. This also makes camelCase variable name generation
trivial (as opposed to the other way around).
Feature overrides now accept both snake_case and camelCase names to
ensure compatibility with existing scripts. This is done by removing _
and comparing override names with feature names in lower case.

Vulkan: Expose performance counters via extension.
This CL rewrites the Vulkan perf counters test to work in the
angle_end2end_test suite using the newly exposed AMD extension.
Note that we implement only a subset of the extension. Instead
of generating monitors and starting/stopping them we simply
read back all performance counter data at once using the special
montior value "0".
The CL also enables these tests on SwiftShader.

On invalidate, only sync the relevant framebuffer binding
... instead of syncing both framebuffer bindings. This showed up as a
bug in the dithering emulation where the draw framebuffer was never
sync'ed (so its render target cache was not populated), but its binding
was. The test only ever accessed the read framebuffer.

Mark a context as shared if using global textures/semaphores
The display level texture/semaphore sharing allows cross-sharegroup
sharing of resources. This is not thread safe without marking the
context as shared which triggers locks on GL calls.

Decide GL_KHR_parallel_shader_compile in backends
GL_KHR_parallel_shader_compile was previously being enabled
unconditionally in the front end. However, some backends (Vulkan)
perform worse with parallel shader compilation. This CL moves the
decision of enabling GL_KHR_parallel_shader_compile to the backends.
To support single-threaded shader compilation without affecting the
generic worker thread pool, Context::mSingleThreadPool is added to own
the single-threaded WorkerThreadPool and can be returned by the new
function Context::getShaderCompileThreadPool(). Otherwise, if the
extension is enabled, the (renamed) Context::mMultiThreadPool is
returned.

Capture/Replay: Limit caps for QC/SwS
On Pixel 4 (Qualcomm), GL_MAX_ATOMIC_COUNTER_BUFFER_BINDINGS = 6, so
limit mState.mCaps.maxAtomicCounterBufferBindings to 6 to make traces
more portable.
For SwiftShader, MAX_SHADER_STORAGE_BUFFER_BINDINGS = 12, so limit
mState.mCaps.maxShaderStorageBufferBindings to 12 to make traces more
portable.
These limits affect collecting traces for Angry Birds 2

Capture/Replay: Gather Program sources directly from call
With CreateShaderProgramv the sources were collected from the
attached shaders, wich gave complications, because normally the
the shaders were detached right after program linking and a
different handling was needed when capture was enabled, handling
that let the replay tests fail.
To overcome this gather the shader source directly from the call
parameters instead of pulling it from the attached shaders.

Add support for GL_MESA_framebuffer_flip_y 1/*
LaCrOS, which is same as ChromeOS, relies on this
extension and uses that with WebGL content.
However, when LaCrOS uses ANGLE, the extension is
not exposed and the WebGL content is y-inverted as
direct scanout is always used.
There are two bugs - 1) ANGLE should expose the
extension so that direct scanout is possible
(this CL fixes the issue. 2) LaCrOS shouldn't rely
on the extension if it's not available (a bug to
be fixed in Chromium).
This particular CL consists of autogen files with
framebufferParameteriMESA &&
getFramebufferParameterivMESA in Context
marked as UNIMPLEMENTED. And also unimplemented
validation.
